So we’ll dispatch your order within 1 working day. You can expect to receive your goods within 4 working days of having placed your order In Australia.
NZ, USA, CA, UK, EUR & ROW
So we’ll dispatch your order within 1 working day. You can expect to receive your goods within 6 working days of having placed your order.
If you have any special delivery instructions please convey these via the Delivery Instructions field provided at checkout. Any text entered in the Delivery Instructions field will be displayed next to your address.
We send non-signature unless otherwise requested. If you’re not home when they call, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver will typically leave your parcel either at your door or close by. If they don’t think it safe to leave, they’ll leave a card to call.
If delivery is to a business you must include the business name in your delivery address.
We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit prior to them having been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within a week. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.
We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit. If you experience a breakage please hold onto the item and packaging and notify us of the situation ASAP at support@truepotentiallabs.com providing your name, details and order number.
Refund Policy
Not your cup of tea? That’s okay; you can return your High Performance Tea up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
The product you return must be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging — If you have tried a few sachet, that’s okay, send the box back with remaining sachets and we will still refund you.
Minimum sachets remaining in the box must be 25 or over to receive a full refund (excluding postage paid).
Only once the return has been received by True Potential Labs PTY LTD can a refund be processed. Please ensure your return clearly states your name and order number either as the ‘sender’ somewhere on the package or include this on a note inside the returned package so your return can be easily identified.
Please email your order number and reason for return support@truepotentiallabs.com to start the process and we will advise on return address and answer any further questions you may have. Once the product has been received, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.
Please note: We are only able to assist with returns or exchanges on products purchased directly from www.truepotentiallabs.com. Any purchases made from independent retailers will need to be returned to the original place of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
