Our Chocolate HPT Post Workout Smoothie is perfect for those exercising in the morning or during the day because this will give you the energy to keep going with your day whilst also providing you with the right nutrients to help your body recover. It’s a quick, easy and delicious meal that can be made in minutes to keep you soldiering on.

Ingredients

  • *Almond Milk 250 ml
  • Blueberries 80 grams
  • 2x Fresh Dates / 50 grams ( Medjool dates )
  • Banana 100 grams/1
  • 1 x HPT peach fusion sachet
  • Cacao powder organic 10g
  • Rolled oats/ Quick Oats 19 grams
  • *30 grams of Protein powder
  • 4 small ice cubes

*You can use any choice of Milk

*We used Earth Chocolate Coconut flavoured protein in these recipesΒ 

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and purΓ©e until smooth, 30 to 60 seconds.
  2. Enjoy!
