Packed with superfoods, this quick and easy smoothie can be made in minutes, is gentle on the stomach and tastes amazing.

Ingredients

  • Raspberry 80 grams
  • Banana 120 grams/1
  • 2 x Fresh dates / 50 grams ( medjool )
  • Cacao powder organic 10 grams
  • Rolled oats / Quick oats 10 grams
  • 1 x HPT Peach Fusion Sachet
  • *Almond milk 240 ml
  • Cinnamon ground 1tsp
  • 4 small ice cubes

*You can use any choice of Milk

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and purΓ©e until smooth, 30 to 60 seconds.
